Neurodiversity Coaching for Children, Teens, and Young Adults

I support autistic and ADHD children, teens, and young adults in building self-understanding, executive functioning skills, emotional regulation, and self-advocacy.

My work is strength-based and neurodiversity-affirming, focusing on helping neurodivergent individuals better understand themselves and navigate the world with confidence, not changing who they are.

What I help with

Executive functioning (organization, planning, follow-through)

Emotional regulation and anxiety support

Self-advocacy at school, college, and work

Understanding autism and ADHD from a strengths-based perspective

Social understanding and communication strategies

Transition support (school → college → adulthood)

My approach

I work directly with neurodivergent individuals through collaborative coaching sessions tailored to their developmental stage.

Children receive more structured skill-building with parent involvement

Teens focus on increasing independence and self-advocacy

Young adults focus on real-world application, systems navigation, and autonomy

My goal is to help clients better understand themselves and develop practical skills that support independence and well-being.

This is a good fit for families who are looking for:

Strength-based, neurodiversity-affirming support

A focus on skills and self-awareness rather than compliance

A collaborative, relationship-based coaching approach

Support for autistic or ADHD individuals who want to better understand themselves

This is NOT:

ABA or behavior compliance training

A program focused on eliminating autistic traits

A “fix the child” or behavior-management approach

A replacement for therapy, medical care, or school services
